All of our consulting calls will be conducted by our founder, Kat Briggs, who brings over a decade of experience in the short-term rental space.

Onboarding Package

This service is offered to any homeowner who wishes to self manage but doesn’t have the time to make a listing or know where to start. This service includes setting up one home on Airbnb. We take care of collecting necessary information on your home in order to create your homes listing, sharing best practices in order to be a successful vacation rental, and recommending solutions to keep your home safe.

    We have excellent cleaning and maintenance teams in every market we rent in. We are responsible for sourcing, scheduling, and reviewing cleanliness standards and protocols.

  • Marketing

    We promote your home across various listing platforms, social media, and use traditional & non-traditional marketing outreach campaigns to reach and maintain our audience.

  • Permitting

    If needed, we can assist with the short-term rental permitting process for your home. We understand how difficult this is to navigate but we are here to help make the process feel seamless.

  • Manage

    We regularly update and maintain your listing presence and review analytics to ensure its performing at optimal levels.

  • Financial Reporting

    Our owners collect deposits each month for rental proceeds, less any applicable expenses. We provide an invoice showing the breakdown of reservations and expenses for full transparency.
